Spectacular, the staff are just amazing at this place. They fully understand how to give the best customer service from check in to check out. The appartment are spacious lovely and prime location to main tourist site. Despite my room being just above the club I slept like a baby. I would deffo stay here again.

Good location, big room

The rooms in this building are above the city’s busiest gay nightclub where music pounds through the building until 7:30 AM and an outdoor bar where patrons shout over each other and sing til 2:30 AM. Do not be fooled by claims of sound proofing. Stay away if you’re wanting to get any sleep.

Location is good and check-in process went smooth. Room has bad smell which stayed hours after we checked in. Had to request for a room freshener that came next day. They don't have a 24hr room service or front desk. Only available between 10 to 6. Also, the response from staff was rude and unreasonable after they came to service the smell and other issues we noticed. We only asked if they had bar soap instead of liquid soap and here is what they replied. This is very rude customer service "Hello, good morning. housekeeping service told me you asked for solid soap and shampoo, change towels and throw the rubbish. we usually do the cleaning of the apartment 3 days after the arrival. This is an apartment, not a hotel room. If you need domething specific like shampoo o solid soap you will need to buy it int the nearest supermarket available. the liquid soap we have in the apartment is soap and shampoo at the same time." My response to them: "I was asking not demanding. Sorry don't appreciate you reminding me this is not a hotel. We stayed in similar serviced apartment places earlier and have had all these services. Also, I didn't ask to throw the rubbish, they offered it."

Lovely staff who were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests over Whatsapp. Room was spacious if a little bare, the kitchen had only a few pans/plates for us to use. AC/heating was a little clunky (didn’t work at times) and noisy. Good location!

Clean, good location very comfortable bed. Could do with small freezer in fridge - also a reading light on wall in bedroom. Could not get any TV at all and never saw reception staff after check-in. Feel host should communicate with visitors day after arrival to check everything OK. This would give host immediate feedback to improve visitor experience. Did feel secure as solo guest.

Great location and spacious apartment. I wish they provided simple things like some coffee/tea/sugar. The apartment did have all utensils, although the frying pan was of a very bad quality. No iron in the apartment. I'd stay here again

The property needs some TLC

Just what we needed for a day and a half in Sevilla.

Very strong bad smell from bathroom . As a result we used the bathroom as little as possible. Reported and received a message back thanking us for informing them and they would let maintenance know. No thought to moving us to another apartment due to strong odour. Location great. Comfy sofa bed. Luggage room for early arrival. Friendly receptionist. Spacious and clean accomodation.

TV didn't work

Our apartment was close to almost every beautiful spots in Seville. Huge room, nice decorations. However, when we arrive the soaps in the toilet is not refilled. Gladly we have our own pocket size bath soaps. The noise at the bar early in the morning was a downside. Overall, it was a great stay for us.

The spot is just perfect! You are near Alameda de Hercules for good tapas at a decent price, 2 minutes of self-laundry and grocery at 5 minutes. You want a good place to live for two weeks in a couple in Sevilla for the right price. That's the spot.

Wifi is very very slow, but everything else is good.

Place with great potential, well designed rooms, comfortable beds… but despite the existence of kitttop there were not a single cattle or pan , no water heater or coffee machine, not even a kitchen knife…so kitchen without any possibility to make anything:( And Arrival confirmed by hotels.com was 11PM, but host insisted to arrive by 6PM or cancel the reservation. We had to change our day plan due to this.

El lugar muy bonito, pequeño pero acogedor. Sin embargo si están buscando un lugar para dormir, este NO ES LA SOLUCIÓN. Queda justo arriba de una discoteca que los sábados funciona hasta las 6:30 am. IMPOSIBLE DORMIR CUANDO ESCUCHAS LA MÚSICA Y LA PUERTA QUE ABRE Y SE CIERRA TODA LA NOCHE. NO LOGRÉ DORMIR EN TODA LA NOCHE!!! En cuanto a limpieza, la ducha y lavamanos, no estaban correctamente limpios.

Localização perfeita, apartamento amplo. Perto de tudo !!O imovel tem poucos utensilios para uso da cozinha, e um odor um pouco desagradável que deveriam verrificar de onde vem, apesar da limpeza ser realizada a cada 3 dias por funcionario do predio. No final de semana faz um pouco de barulho, devido aos restaurantes localizados logo abaixo de edificio. Mas de forma geral a localização compensa.
