The receptionist is not competent, the facilities are incomplete, bottled coffee is available in the room, but not available to make hot water. Plus a room message for a capacity of 4 guests, but the breakfast portion is only given one portion. the reason is, in one room there is only one guest. Even though the guest asked for 4 portions, the guest has fulfilled his obligation to pay for the room for 4 guest facilities. The hotel should be able to provide facilities for 4 guests, please improve the service again.
