Great great location! Quiet

good basic accommodation

Ana was superb! She was very helpful and attentive. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. All amenities needed. Walkable distance to the concha and to the old part of the city.

A wonderful night. Wish I had longer! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and the bed was amazing. My best night’s sleep in Spain. The area had so many restaurants and bars to choose from. A beautiful beach is less than two blocks!

The concierge, Ana, was amazing and gave us the most helpful recommendations for our stay. The location was unbeatable—just one block to the beach and 2 blocks to the old town area, without being in a loud area. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean and tidy (if a little small room) and walkable to all areas. Centre of town so some nighttime noise including bin emptying and street cleaning. Great intro from reception with lots of info but daytime reception coverage only. Free coffee very nice when machine worked (failure happened out of hours!). Like many others we struggled to know what button to press (it’s the one with the big blue P) to gain access (within hours) and struggled even more to understand if we were talking to a real person or an automated voice. Just requires a more detailed check in procedure and a few pictures.

The hotel is very nice, clean etc. there is no front desk employee after 7pm The neighborhood is VERY NOISY. Yelling and loud conversations— until about 3am. Very difficult to get sleep. Obviously. Hotel should supply earplugs. Not being dramatic here.

Fabulously situated in central San Sebastián. Perfect for a short stay with very helpful staff. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not for you, but, as a base for exploring San Sebastián and having a very short walk to the beach, this is perfect.

The hotel was in a great location, no frills but super value for money. There is NO parking though, the hotel website is clear about this (it is payable local @ €29 a day). Expedia website is not clear, it does not mention the additional cost, they say that the hotel has parking. It does not.

Great location for pinxtos in the old town and La Concha beach. Nice clean ensuite room with a fridge which was handy. Tea and coffee making facilities on the landing which we made good use of. Lovely place.

The property is well located steps from the prime beach area and old town. The rooms are newly built and have nice bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Lovely elegant old building, cute Juliet balcony, gorgeous bedding, super soft divine pillows, a short walk to the beach, railway station, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Absolutely beautiful clean place & a very helpful friendly receptionist, Ana, who gave us lots of useful tips & info. Fabulous! Really enjoyed our stay here & would happily return.

It is very central within easy walking distance to the old town, beaches, new town and the bus terminal. Staff is very friendly. As previous reviewers mentioned, the sign for the place is small on the ground floor and the bigger sign is on the 1st floor so need to look up especially on the 1st day of arrival.

Oh my gosh — what to say? A one-minute walk to the water. Wonderful staff. Very nice room and coffee to die for! Parking was very convenient and just down the street. I only wish we has booked more than two nights here.

Comfy bedroom in a pension with no public rooms. 5 mins from all the main city centre attractions,bars shops,beach and restaurants. Breakfast found in a range local cafes no more than 50m from the hotel door..Great value

Tricky to find initially even if you're in the actual street. Once you do find it it's hard to get in. Once in though, great room, bit small but had everything including outside space. Christina on reception was amazing and helped us with our stay no end. The area is good, 5 mins in either direction to shops or beach. Plenty of nice places for breakfast almost on the door step. A good choice for the city.

Great location for this pension. Late checkin was a breeze; just contact the pension by email ahead of time and they’ll provide you with a code to enter the building. Room of very decent size, modern, very clean with a terrasse. Other guests can be a little noisy entering/exciting their rooms. Coffee available. Christina at reception is very friendly and helpful. She just makes you feel very welcome. Very reasonable price for the location and what you get. I would stay again without hesitation.
