Don't believe the photos, the room doesn't have a TV. They also no longer collaborate with Oyo. The staff is not friendly at all. Really disappointing.

Great building and room, but unfortunately they don't provide towel. Overall it was nice to stay here.

The bathroom smells of urine, the window cannot be closed, mineral water is not given. The sound of the engine in the bathroom was very noisy.

Dirty, service is not good, not friendly, arrows, stuffy, bathroom is very dirty does not match the photo.

No towels, no drinking water. If you want to stay overnight, you should bring toiletries such as soap and other equipment.

Saya nginap 3 hari 2 malam, setau saya setiap pagi kamar harus dibersihkan, ini gak, pas saya suruh dijawab bersihkan kamar 2 hari sehari, saya kaget dong, terus saya bilang lagi, handuk tidak dikasih, sikat gigi, giliran nanya baru kasih handuknya dan itu besoknya ya, berarti kalau saya tidak nanya tidak bakal dikasih itu handuk, niat mau nambah semalam lagi tidak jadi, jadinya pindah hotel dah, yang untungnya hanya luas jadi anak-anak bisa leluasa main didalam.

Clean rooms, spacious parking, very friendly service.

First, when checking in, the receptionist said the room was full, the inn would cancel unilaterally, even though I had booked and paid. after arguing the hotel gave a room, without notification the room type was downgraded. after a new complaint acknowledges a downgrade and is a one-sided refund, the difference is not in accordance with the refund that was returned.

I arrived check in at 16:00 the inn said the room was full. I just re-funded the owner. after arguing, it turns out the room is there. apparently when I checked in ... many were looking for lodging because there were many participants for usu at. so I think this is the mode to get more profit

Everything is okay, rooms are clean, comfortable, good service is lacking only 1. The entrance is a resident dog so if you want to walk out must be careful.

Because I have been trapped in a flood so as soon as possible just search for hotels around USU and the hotel pointed to Traveloka. The condition of the first time until the lights go out. Already try to ask the guardian sister why don't you use an electric machine, they don't give an answer for sure just say "just a little longer, bro." etc. We've been waiting until midnight the lights are still out. And until we come out of the hotel the next morning the lights will never come on.

The window couldn't be locked as a result many mosquitoes, the bathroom door was broken, the bed sheet and pillowcase smelled a bit like it hadn't been replaced and the room was rather dirty.
