Booked a room with twin beds, but was given a double bed. Towels were not given because they were out of stock. TV was broken. Water supply in the bathroom on the 3rd floor was small, so it took a long time to fill the flushing box closed.

The room is not clean, lots of hair on the bed sheet.

Actually this hotel is good, it's just that maybe because it's a pandemic it's a bit neglected, the cleanliness is not maintained, but that's a natural thing when conditions like this. Initially a bit hesitant when I came to this hotel, because it was neglected, dirty, but everything paid off with a spacious room, friendly service, strategic location in a crowded place. All waiters are always willing to serve what we ask for and give their best. thanks.
