Location is superb and the room was spacious, modern and very clean. The bar in the lobby had reasonable prices.

Room as expected, and easy to get into Venice

Staff was very professional and accommodating. There were 13 of us traveling and some rooms had issues with the heating but they were able to resolve the issues. We were leaving before breakfast was open but they provided each of us with a few take away bags.

Great stay overall. The hotel has an excellent location with convenient access to the train station and bus stops, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. A comfortable and practical choice for travelers.

Great hotel! About 5-10 minutes walking distance from the train station which takes you to Venice in about 10 minutes. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and they accommodated all our requests. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The breakfast was great and had lots of options to eat. We definitely recommend this hotel.

It is not worthy with its price. The room condition was so so, overall acommodation looks a bit old.

Convenient location, clean and friendly.

It was a very good accommodation . Very clean , quiet and the staff were nice and welcoming. Also the hotel is situated close to the train station which is a big plus . I highly recommend it.

Convenience of location

Hotel staff were attentive, efficient and easy to deal with.

Accidentally booked one day later than I wanted. Within a minute of booking the nonrefundable room I reached out to the hotel and asked to move the stay back one day - they refused.

For our one night, it was exactly what we needed and the staff was really nice. They answered all our questions and offered help when we needed it.

Would be good to have a safe in room. Charge fees for early check in or luggage storage.
