Bad service. Resepsionis gak ramah. Kamar mau kali. Kamar mandi bau pesing, padhl katanya baru dibersihkn. Tempat tidur sprei dan selimut kayak gak diganti cuma dirapiin. Handuknya yang hitaman kyaknudh gak layak pakai. Pokoknya nyesal kali nginap di sini

Lantai kamar mandinya licin dan berlumut. Fasilitas tv tidak bisa digunakan. Sudah koordinasi dengan karyawannya katanya memang lagi rusak semua. Memang penginapan sekelas oyo tidak bisa berekspektasi lebih sih.

The room smells musty. Towels also smell musty. Used to make the body itchy. Pillowcases and bed linen also smell musty.

The condition of the room is really clean. And the towels are not torn either. Soap is still facilitated. Even if you bring your own soap. The place is comfortable too.

The service room is bad. No mineral water, tootbrush, soap and shampoo in the room. Even Towel for shower also not ready inside room need to ask to receptionist first.

The shower can't be used at all :(.
