good, friendly staff, strategic location

Clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, complete amenities 👍

Since before, when I stay, I always try not to choose Bobobox because I'm the type of person who likes a "private" environment. I chose the sky type room, because some reviews said that the earth type will be disturbed by the noise of footsteps from the aisle or from people in the sky type, for the room it was okay because it was fragrant, clean, provided 2 towels but I didn't take the amenities (amenities are at the reception not in the room), in my opinion at first the AC was not cold enough but over time it became comfortably cold and we turned the AC up or down not like a regular AC because this had to be turned to the right or left (I don't have a photo, forgot). The mattress, hmm, when I first lay down it made my waist and spine hurt because it was really that hard and flat, if possible this could be improved because the mattress is a very important thing, the pillows were quite soft. The lights were good, it was cute, but sometimes they flickered, and the white color was still quite dark (more like warm white but not warm either, lol). The bathroom is OK, the water heater works well, there is a hairdryer (but the hairdryer is already dusty inside, please note), the toilet paper available is very limited especially since this is for sharing so sometimes there are toilets that don't have tissue, the pantry is OK for heating food but there are no cutlery, it's really sad so you have to eat with your hands. For food variations there are pop noodles, fiesta (only a few variations of fiesta, only 3 variants), pop noodles are also not very complete in taste, there is a coffee machine that we can buy ourselves, there is a refrigerator for soft drinks, water, etc., a dispenser is also provided. For the reception area and the elevator area and the bathroom, I suggest it's better to put room perfume because the smell is quite disturbing. Overall just OK for a first experience. Oh yes, the location is very strategic near Blok M and MRT so it's easy to go everywhere.

The location is close to the Blok M MRT (5 minutes), and the TJ Blok M line (7 minutes). It's a shame it's not near a minimarket, so the only snacks available are those provided by Bobobox. The facilities are excellent and fragrant. Hopefully, this will continue to be the case in the future. Hopefully, the location can be expanded so you won't run out of rooms when you come here.

When I wanted to leave my bag before checking in, I couldn't because it was full, so I checked in at 5 pm because I happened to have an event first. So far, it's comfortable even though it's my first time trying it. It's still okay to come back here again.

It's enough for those who just want to sleep, it's clean, the AC is really cold so you have to bring an extra blanket or wear a jacket, guys.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helps provide quick handling of problems.
