Excellent Stay from beginning to end. Went for a friends birthday and they went above a beyond to make it special. We checked in with Barrington at the front desk and he was pleasant, friendly and made us feel welcome and excited to be there. Shout out to him Marlvena and Teneil for making our time at the resort enjoyable. House keeping was impeccable. Our housekeeping lady Rose Marie made sure our room was clean and fresh every day and the bed decoration were beautiful. Food was great, and the entertainment was more than i expected. The entertainment staff was phenomenal. They had a white party, foam party, and Reggae beach party and we enjoyed them all. The entertainment at the lobby bar was nice as well and it included a saxophonist and violinist. They were both soothing and relaxing. The DJ at the lobby bar at night had I dancing the night away. I would Recommend this place.

Butlers, housekeeping and overall staff…AMAZIING!

Great property, restaurants, food, atmosphere were fantastic. It is an older property and some things need updating. The Spa pool/baths area is dated and some things needed repairs/replacement. If the Spa isn’t your thing then you have nothing to worry about. Rooms are large, clean and the Butler Service is outstanding! Owen and Orain were our Butlers and they went way above and beyond for us. Always having something special in our room when we returned. Would highly recommend building 5 floor 2 where they were working. Will be going back because of them! Beach area pools and bars are all conveniently located. Rum tasting with Michele at JOIA was also outstanding! Very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain the history of Rum and all its complexities. We’ve gained a newfound appreciation for Rum now. Recommendation to the resort would be to update Joia’s theatre entertainment but that’s a minor recommendation.

Wonderful hotel

We just stayed at this resort March 2025. Food and beverages were delicious which can be so hard to find in an all inclusive. Nice welcome drinks when we arrived. Friendly staff. Cute cafe with great morning coffee and espresso. Located right on the ocean, access to all hotels if you stay at the Joia.

No room up grade was offered. No VIP was offered.

The food, service and property were amazing.

It is a great Resort - the only thing I did not like that the walls of the pool have been cleaned while guests were in the pool. Special thanks to the Hostess of the Surf and Turf Restaurant - Tashna for being so helpful.

I have visited this resort several times in the past however, my last visit I could tell that the quality of service has went down. You no longer have to make reservations for some of the restaurants. The entertainment has gotten better from previous times.

We felt the property was beautiful, our room was perfect, the bath products wonderful.

Everything was perfect. Food/drinks/activities/etc. so well run & clean

It was quiet. Staff responded to requests. Food was excellent.

Everything was amazing. I was skeptical from some reviews but it was wonderful. The pools are beautiful and clean. The beach and chairs are so nice. Service is wonderful. We will be back.

The resort is stunning and impeccably maintained, with its location just a 25-minute drive from the airport. The entire staff—ranging from registration and concierge to waiters and housekeeping—exceeds expectations. They are all courteous and proficient in English. There are numerous dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a delightful café area. I highly recommend this resort; your money is well spent on the all-inclusive package.

Loved everything about this property and the service, transportation everything was wonderful and amazing. I will return again ♥️
