The water suddenly died, the bathroom was dirty. Beth tub can't be used. Hot water doesn't work. The elevator is turned off. The towels are not suitable for use, they are suitable as a mop. Super long service.

The water doesn't turn on, I've asked to turn it on, I've waited for 2 hours, it doesn't turn on, the staff isn't safe, it's not agile, I ordered via the app but when I arrived at the location it said it was full. In the end, it was a debate until we finally got a room. But after drinking, the water doesn't turn on. Protest is useless. Tired of coming here again. Where do I take my family? Towels don't get soap etc. there are none. Even though there are OYO standards.

The rooms are comfortable to stay, the parking lot is spacious and safe.

Actually the staff is friendly, but there are drawbacks, please fix the facilities, such as the mattress is not good, and the interior is poorly maintained, incidentally the elevator is broken, so it's quite tired going up and down stairs from the 5th floor, if it is repaired again the facilities will be nice and comfortable.

All good, the air conditioner is cold, the bed is neat, it's a shame the shower is leaking … the price given is cheap with such quality … hopefully it can be even better….

Sangat nyaman dengan harga segitu, recommended banget deh buat yg lg traveling ke Palembang wajib menginap disini.
