Hope the room can be renovated to make it prettier and cleaner.

The staff were not very friendly at all, when checking in guests went to the front of the room, the bathroom was dirty, there was a lot of rust, the mattress sheets were worn out, the room was hot, there was no fan or AC, Netflix didn't work.

The room was really crap, the mattress was no longer suitable, the sheets and pillow cases were damp so they smelled, plus there were small animals on the mattress.

I have been a regular guest here when I visit Lembang since it was called Hotel Kupu-kupu, now it is called D’Journey. The place is cool without AC, strategic with many food stalls in front of it and close to the crowd. Across from it is a TNI shooting practice place. But the last time I came here, the room was damp and the toilet was uncomfortable and poorly maintained.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is lacking. The atmosphere is also lacking.

Just an ordinary hotel, small room, a bit musty smell, nothing special.

It's okay with that kind of budget.

For a comfortable and quiet hotel, it's close to where you can find food, and if you want to go to a tourist spot, it's close to Dusun Bambu or Lembang Zoo.

Just a suggestion, it would be better to continue to develop it for comfort in the room and around the hotel.

Please maintain the cleanliness. The place is very strategic but the mattress is a bit dirty.

The check-in process was served in a friendly & fast manner, but it was a shame that the room facilities at a price of 460 thousand were not worth it, the mattress was dirty, it itched when I slept, the room when I first entered was stuffy, like the windows had never been opened for air circulation, the wifi was broken for reasons There are no technicians, the hot water facilities are okay, enough to cure the feeling of disappointment. However, pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room and bed.

There is a lot of rubbish around the hotel, especially behind the hotel. Try throwing it away, the rubbish is annoying. The pillow smells like it was used, 1 medium bottle of water is provided in the room. The mattress needs upgrading, it melts when I sleep on it.

The bathroom has a bit of a smell, and the shower handle can't be hung because it's broken. So you have to hold it if you want to use it. The room is quite humid because the air circulation is not good, there is no ventilation or ac/exhaust. If you open the window, there are many mosquitoes. Next, there should be a dehumidifier or exhaust

The location is near the Lembang Zoo tourist attraction, only the condition of the rooms is not recommended. At that price, the rooms are in the valley, stuffy and there is no AC. Fortunately, the air there is a bit cold so it's not too hot. The advantage is that it is close to tourist attractions in Lembang and there is hot water.

It's not suitable for being a hotel, it's more like a guest house, the sink when you use it drips with water, the rooms are not good, the roof should have air conditioning, the price is more than 300 and it's said that the hotel is not suitable in my opinion.

The hotel staff is friendly, I booked a Family room but the room was old, the sheets and pillows were dull, the ceiling had lots of mold. The hotel is under renovation, hopefully it will be better in the future.

Overall very good, very comfortable, spacious bed, clean room, clean bathroom, just damp. Please pay attention again to this dampness.
