Kamarnya bagus luas. Tapi pelayanannya tidak bagus

Akses masuk ke tempat tidak bagus, kamar worth it, bersih, tapi receptionis kurang ramah,

Bcz. Late check in. Fo bnr-bnr not friendly. Saya bawa orang tua, yang sudah kelelahan sampai BNA tengah malam, saya akan ci d persulit dengan alasan ini adalah oenginaoan syariah jadi harus mperlihatkan buku nikah. Sdangkan tidak ada syart tercantum d detail penginapan, pengunjung harus mbawa/moerlihatkan buku nkh.

The receptionist is not friendly and road access is still bad

Ternyata harga di atas belum termasuk pajak 15 persen, dan tidak memberitahahu apapun.

Of the many Oyo hotels we have stopped in Banda Aceh, only this place has the worst service, from the receptionist who carelessly gave a room. Until the contents of the room were very smelly, and not worthy of staying overnight. especially room number 104, the room smells of cigarettes and smells of kettles. Gosh, no more hobbling over to stay here.

Very satisfied staying here, the bathroom is clean, the air conditioner is cold, the water is okay, if you can add toiletries (soap, toothbrush and others), the rest is okay.

I really enjoyed the experience at kupula guest host, clean rooms and very good service.
