strategic location, spacious and clean rooms, very friendly staff, friendly and helpful, the only thing missing is the bidet in the bathroom, it's a bit difficult with small children when they want to defecate, it would be more comfortable if there was a water spray for rinsing, the rest is all okay, the food in the restaurant is also delicious. Recommended in short, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back here again

The check-in and check-out process took time, although 5-10 minutes, with the reason of double check. In fact, when checking out, after we were asked to wait 5-10 minutes for double check, but we were not informed that the double check process was complete, instead other guests who checked out later were finished first. After we asked, the receptionist said it was finished.

This hotel is fun... all the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the food is varied and delicious, the atmosphere of old Jakarta can be found here, the interior design is classic and at night relaxing on the rooftop is cool😎 the atmosphere is very pleasant. the gym & sauna are also very comfortable, the swimming pool is clean. basically this hotel is highly recommended👍

I stayed here for a staycation during a long weekend, the hotel location is very strategic, just a short walk to the MRT Station entrance, besides that this hotel is also close to Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia, the hotel is quite thematic by combining modern and ethnic, the room conditions are good, comfortable and the facilities are quite complete, the food at breakfast is quite complete and delicious

With a meeting agenda at another hotel, staying at Jambuluwuk Thamrin was quite impressive, just walking back and forth, the hotel service was good and friendly, and the price was also not expensive.

A pleasant stay, the whole room smells of relaxation. Suggestions may be done to check the function of the water heater on the 6th floor, because hot water is always not available, even though it is not during high demand hours. Thank you.

good. starting from check in. minus in the sound of the next room can be heard in my room even though my tv is on. the shower water pressure is not enough. during breakfast there was a shortage, I have conveyed it to the officer at that time and it was immediately replaced

The room has no windows so no sunlight comes in. The room layout is quite strange, uncomfortable, the luggage rack is behind the wall. The room smells a bit musty when I enter, like it has been empty for a long time. The breakfast tastes ordinary, not proper at all for a 4-star hotel

The location is very good for Sarinal Mall and Grand Indonesia, walking distance is not far. The hotel is full of aromatherapy. Overall, it is comfortable for vacation and office work.
