Basically, the hotel is nice, clean, and good. The only issues during my stay were a leaking sink and a water heater that did not function properly. I waited for 45 minutes, but the hot water never came.

Very satisfying of the staff service and the cleaning lady is very nice.

Check in by QR. Room key served by safety box. Check out by WhatsApp and key drop to the safety box. Very easy. Many food choices around the apartment. It's the second time we stay here.

Nice place to stay, facilities complete and near the hotel, so many restaurants.

Highly recommended for families, comfortable and close to restaurants, Grab transportation to Highland. Prices are also cheap.

The hotel staff was very helpful to us who arrived almost at dawn. Initially check out was at 11.00 am and was extended to 01.00 pm. Highly recommended for families with a maximum of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children)
