Can't pay at the hotel, quite disappointing,

Tidak bisa bayar di hotel, cukup mengecewakan,

Quite good service from the hotel staff. It's just that the room is kept clean because when you enter it smells musty and the room floor feels like it hasn't been swept.

Cukup bagus pelayanan dari staff hotel. Cuma kamar lebih dijaga kebersihannya karena waktu masuk bau pengap dan lantai kamar terasa belum di sapu.

Kamar mandinya bau got. Tak sedap. Super bau yang lantai atas. Air panas cuma bisa di pakai sebentar, sisanya dingin. Kasur kurang empuk. Ada kawat yang menonjol, buat tidur sakit semua.

Kamar mandi bau pesing. Kamar tidak bersih banyak debu.

Not really recommend. The bed sheets and pillows seem to have been used by people who stayed before. Not changed.

Sangat tidak rekomen. Sprei kasur dan bantal sepertinya bekas orang yang menginap sebelum nya. Tidak di ganti.

The floor was not swept, when you entered there were cigarette butts. The blanket has traces of blood.

Lantai tidak di sapu, waktu masuk sudah ada putung rokok. Selimut ada bekas darah.

Unit belum beroperasi tetapi dari pihak Traveloka sudah menerima pesanan untuk unit ini

The hotel is still under construction but has been updated on the Traveloka Site and has the same marketing. It is clearly detrimental to customers who have transferred and cannot refund.

Hotel masih proses pembangunan tapi sudah di update di Situs Traveloka sama marketingnya, Sungguh jelas merugikan costumer yang sudah transfer dan tidak bisa refund.
