Makin lama tempatnya makin gak ke rawat. Kotor, jorok, fasilitas buruk.

Parah banget baru kali ini dapet kamar bau, kasurnya kayanya sprainya jarang dicuci yah jadi keliatan mash banyak noda nya udah gitu dapet handuk 1 doang, ga dapet 1botol minum free sikat gigi juga ga dapet 😭. Ditambah sofa nya ga pernah dibersihin kayanya pas duduk pda gatel. Jadi kapok ga mau lagi deh cek in di super oyo collection. Tolong ya diperbaiki lagi dong walaupun murah seengganya jangan mengecewakan gini. Pelayanannya sih bagus ya resepsionis ramah.

Parah sih ini penginapan. Jauh dari kata layak. Kecoa dimana mana. Sprei kotor. Sarung bantal dekil. Anak kecoa berterbangan. Tanya reseptonist, mas kamarnya banyak kecoa. Santuy dijawab emang begitu bu. Gak rekomen sih kali yang urgent pgen istirahat.

Kamar Gelap, Tembok ada yang bolong, Ubin kotor, sprei dekil banget. Tidak ada keset kaki diwc. Tidak ada handuk dan sabun di kamarmandi. Mohon diperbaiki

Tolong spray diganti, kebersihan dan kerapihan itu wajib untuk tempat penginapan yaa.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman, pelayanannya ramah worth it banget pokoknya.

Saya stay tgl Sabtu tgl 6 Januri, pertama hari itu ga ada Handuk, ga ada air mineral ga ada sikat gigi juga tp pelayanan dan kebersihan bagus.

Kamar mandi rembes jadi becek kemana mana, ada kecoa ruangan bau lembab.

Nginep kemarin itu sempet pindah kamar karena kamar sebelumnya spreinya kotor banget banyak bercaknya ntah itu apa, terus lampu kamar mandinya mati, otomatis saya minta ganti kamar karena saya bawa anak kecil, terus kamar selanjutnya hampir sama didalem kamar ada bekas slaiolai di atas mejaa plus plastiknya, tapi ya udhlah kata suami saya yang penting lampu kamar mandi nya nyala aja.

Pelayanannya bagus, tempatnya juga bagus.

Kebersihan sangat kurang. Banyak kecoak.

Padahal sering kesana, tapi baru kemaren dapet kamar yang kurang bersih, sprei kotor, kamar bau asap rokok, kamar mandi bocor kerannya.

Sofa jelek, pintu jelek, tembok jelek, kamar mandi jelek, penerangan kurang, sarung bantal dan sprei seperti tidak pernah dicuci atau diganti, Lantai kamar seperti tidak pernah di sapu dan pel, wifi tidak bisa connect. Entah apa yang ada di benak pengelola untuk memberikan kamar seburuk ini ke pada tamu dengan embel embel bintang 3. Tidak pantas disebut bintang 3, Ini terakhir kalinya menginap di sini. This is a hotel with nothing in order. There are many things you can't enjoy: 1. Wifi in my room doesn't work. 2. The gym requires shoes. I seem to be a member of a gym somewhere else, no one takes issue with my footwear. 3. When I stayed the swimming pool couldn't be used, it was being cleaned. 4. The TV in the room also doesn't work. So, please look for another place to stay, it's okay if it's more expensive.

My experience of staying here was that at first it was clean, okay, but as I stayed here more and more, the cleanliness became less. Tiny little cockroaches everywhere. Dirty mattress and pillow spray. Please keep it clean 😇.

The subscription TV was blocked by the provider because he had not paid the bill. Don't worry about towels and soap, there aren't even any trash cans or tissue. There is not enough lighting and the room is dirty.

The 20th floor has lots of cockroaches. Towels and toiletries are not available.

I don't understand, every time I come here (which I've been coming back and forth for 2 years), I pay hundreds of thousands just to change the sheets. Towels and toilet mats were not provided before checking in, drinking water was also not available, the reason was that it had not been restocked. Toothbrush, no soap. There were lots of baby cockroaches in the toilet, the stains on the bed sheets and pillows were really visible. Cigarette trash cans are also not replaced. The TV remote sometimes breaks. But super good service. Yes it's polite, yes the receptionist is assertive, yes it's not fast either, but if on WA you'll definitely reply. I often request a room and they are ready. That's all. The facilities are not very good.

There are no towels & soap, there are no bathroom mats, you have to ask for them to be given them, lobby and swimming pool security are not friendly. The room floor is dirty. The frame is porous.

The AC was cold for a long time, the room was dirty, lots of cockroaches.
