The receptionist was unfriendly & ignore us even the process administration takes longer time to proceed. Our baggage was fall down from the stairs and he (receptionist) did nothing only see and back to his desk. What? He supposed to help us. The air conditiong was not cold enough & the room need full renovation.

The rules are weird. Guests are not allowed to go to the room only in the lobby, and even then only at 20.00-22.00. The attitude of the receptionist is not right.

Tidak ada handuk, tidak ada sabun, pelayanan kurang.

Facilities are incomplete, there is no drinking water, tissue, trash boxes, toiletries, towels & blankets only 1 pair. The toilet smells. Jutek receptionist, not friendly.

To stay at the Lux Barkah guesthouse is very satisfying, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are also clean and the rooms are spacious. For my friends, I'm really satisfied.

With that price, it's comfortable, clean, but you have to bring your own toiletries. Because it wasn't prepared there, only 1 towels. But that's okay. Oh, the receptionist who is a small boy, very bitchy. hihi.

This place have a good location, sadly the place is not maintained, the door barely close properly & the toilet is dirty. The TV don't have many channels, and it's better to find another weekly place to rent (kost) instead of this place, since it'll be cheaper & probably gives better utility

Cleanliness is lacking, can't brush teeth, towels are only 1. The staff is not friendly. It doesn't match the one in the photo.

The bathroom was dirty, the hot water didn't work, the floor was dusty, there was leftover trash under the bed, the front office staff was not friendly when I asked for a room change, the staff was rude to sit with their feet lifted. It's enough for 1 night, just let the remaining 3 nights burn, I don't feel at home.

No toiletries available, AC is not cold enough.

The rooms are quite clean and tidy, the toilet is a bit smelly, there are no toiletries and drinking water, only 1 blanket and towels, no tv channels that can be watched because the picture is not clear, there is no cable tv, no tv remote, it seems there is the renovation was on but not notified to guests and in the morning the renovation work was very noisy and disturbing, then the water in the shower became small and only hot water came out even the water temperature turned hot all the way to the water for the toilet.

The best room with the cheapest price ever.

The receptionist and staff all are friendly and helpful
