Saya dan suami check in jam 13.00 tapi tidak diperbolehkan dan disuruh menunggu sampai 13.30, padahal suami saya setelah operasi dan ingin cepat istirahat, hotel juga lagi sepi dan kelihatan banyak kamar yang ready tp tetap disuruh menunggu.
