Bersih, nyaman, reseption ramah, betah seperti rumah sendiri, handuk wangi bagus, nyesel stay hanya 1 malam. Pas banget buat stay sama keluarga. Kalau lewat belakang jalannya sempit banget jadi hati-hati ya guys menuju Villa nya. Pas gerbang Villa udah oke banget tidak seperti di perkampungan.

The rooms are spacious, the only thing lacking is there is no dispenser. So if you want to stay here, you have to stock up on a lot of mineral water.

Comfortable, privacy is maintained, the only drawback is the number of tvs is only 1 pcs, while there are 3 rooms, on the 2nd floor there is only a sofa.

The villa is okay, but there is no service, asking for cleaning is answered by cleaning the villa every 2 days so it's self service, after using your own washing plates and glasses, so if you want to vacation in this villa, it's a bit tired. The swimming pool is small, the room ac is not cold. If the living room AC is solid. Access is difficult and confusing, using a stray map, passing through a small alley only fits 1 car, and exiting at the back of the complex.

Very very disappointing hospitality. From the beginning of check-in, it was forbidden to gather more than 10 people even though at that time I was having a family event and my family didn't stay overnight, just came to eat. In addition, there should not be many cars that can only be parked max. 2 cars. The subscription TV station is no longer active because the villa is not paying for it. Worse yet, when I checked-out my family and I seemed to be accused of stealing 1 teaspoon even though from the start they also didn't socialize how many cutlery were available in the villa. There is no apology at all from the management regarding this. Why did I steal 1 teaspoon? Obviously the price of 1 teaspoon is not comparable to the price of the villa I rented.

For this we would like to explain that for a capacity of 2 bedroom private pool villas to stay 4 adults and 2 children, but we do not prohibit if our guests receive guests exceeding the occupancy capacity. As a confirmation for international TV channels, it is one of our facilities which is still accessible to guests staying at Royal Garden Villas and for our standard check out management, staff are required to re-check all facilities in the villa before guests check out. I loved everything about this property! Mainly the staff! I was so amazed and thankful for their beautiful hospitality and service! The villa was beautiful! Nice Kitchen! Everything and more! The breakfast was delicious and again the staff were so polite, friendly and always had a warm smile on their faces. I highly recommend this villas.
