I like the interior and the concept of this hotel. However they still lack in cleanliness, I think they can do better in that area. The breakfast was minimum, dont have many variety and options but it is convinient for those who feels lazy to stroll around finding breakfast in the morning. The family room is basically two deluxe rooms with a connecting room. Its nice because it means we get two bathrooms and more space in the room. The location is superb, in the heart of the city. you could easily hop on Rapid free bus service and its only walking distance to several tourist spots.

Booked Zion room but got room number 222 which is very small and very dirty. The towels are very old. The bed sheet is full of stains. I couldn't sleep all night. When I went down to ask the staff, they said that this is the size of Zion room. There is a window. The bathroom is very big but I didn't sleep in the bathroom. I feel very disappointed. The staff provided very bad service. I went down to ask and they said the door was broken and couldn't be locked. So they said I don't have a room for you. I couldn't sleep all night. It's very bad.

Booked 8 rooms of Zion because there were 16 people and one child traveling together, but checked in around 9pm. In the end, we got a very narrow room. We couldn't even unfold our luggage and couldn't even walk. We went down to ask the staff and they said that you checked in too late and there were no rooms for you. We only had this. We felt very disappointed and had to sleep like this for two nights.

Room clean, front desk very helpfull and friendly. Location good, 24 hour convenience store just across. Very satisfied, I stayed here for a week, initially I only booked 2 nights, but because it was comfortable I extended it to a week. I booked room type is cyan premier twin.

All ok. Except for wheelchair users, because the road up to the hotel is too steep. There is an additional 12 RM hotel per night.

Narrow, old room. Towels are too old, mattress is a bit dirty. Toilet smells bad. Toilet is too close to the bed. Bad. Don't want to come back.

Our second time staying at Loop. We love the area as it is very close to the food court and local market. Staff is friendly and accommodating, although we booked the Cyan Premier expecting a slightly bigger room than what we got. Overall, still a good stay.

Nice location with very affordable price, near great food and the place was quiet at night. One downside is the AC placement, right on your head. Cause headache. Others are fine.

breakfast here is delicious even though there are only a few menu choices this time I ordered a magenta type room, it's quite spacious compared to the previous one I ordered, the buttermilk one was very narrow, it was difficult to walk. 😮‍💨 the rest is all okay. only there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. 😅 the room and toilet are all clean, hot water is all okay. the air conditioner is cold the room is cleaned every day.
