It's beautiful and the staff is great!

Busy, buzzy, good location and comfortable room and bed. Food good in downstairs restaurant.

My wife and my love coming to the Ben. Never disappoints. Highly recommend.

Check in was delayed, very noisy and busy at the hotel. Car took 40 minutes to come when we texted the valet. Way over priced for what the hotel is.

Was the holiday season. Had ice skating rink right outside the front door across the street and the “special” town tree was around the corner with holiday light show every 15 min

We had a great time at The Ben. We have attended work events here but decided to bring the kids and stay the night so we could go ice skating. It was a magical experience for all. The decorations were beautiful.

Great hotel with excellent friendly staff. Made my experience that much better. First class all the way! Rooftop bar and lobby restaurant highly recommended!!

$60 per night parking is absurd. Out of principle, I won’t be back.

The Ben is a luxury hotel that is worth the little extra. Probably the best value in Palm Beach and downtown WPB. Very fun and walkable area.

Great location and staff are wonderful. The complimentary shuttle is very convenient to get around. The only downside was the parking fee of $60.99. Seems steep to me.

Gorgeous property and great staff. Restaurant a little slow in service and food and drink delivery time for its price point, but great food and views.
