This is my third stay here and I always feel at home and can sleep soundly. The room is comfortable, clean, the bathroom is quite spacious and has hot water. There are toiletries too. However, getting to the hotel requires climbing stairs which are quite scary when it rains because they are slippery, so be careful. The receptionist is also friendly and serves quickly. Thank you, Victoria. I will come here again when I go to Bukittinggi.

Always happy every time I stay here. This is the hotel I will always book when I go to Bukit Tinggi. It's clean, comfortable, and I can always sleep well when I sleep here. Thank you, Villa Victoria management. I will come back again another time.

Good service and comfortable place

Just walk to the Clock Tower, it's great.

The hotel is very close to the Jam Gadang Clock Tower. It's just a short walk to the Clock Tower and other tourist attractions. The service is also excellent, with a coffee shop right in front of the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were good. However, there was a very unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, which was very disturbing.

Comfortable room with hot water is very helpful when the air is cold and it rains in Bukittinggi

If anyone wants to stay overnight, don't take a room facing the cafe, gosh, the toilet will smell of pee, the smell of coffee from who knows where it comes from, it will put you in a bad mood even though the room is comfortable, but the bathroom smells really bad because it's near the cafe.

Location close to the clock tower, spacious rooms

Room's great, but the toilet has a bad smell, probably from the sewer. It's a 5 minute walk to The Clock Tower and the adjoining cafe serves great coffee.

The staff is friendly, can walk to the clock tower, clean, the room is quite big, every time I go to Bukit Tinggi I always stay here. Worth it with a price under 300k.

The room is clean, the atmosphere is cool, the downside is that there are many people hanging out smoking. so leave the room immediately smelling the aroma of people's cigarettes. Less child friendly because of the smell of cigarettes. Plus the service is friendly, good. If you want to park your vehicle, you must first report it to the hotel so that you don't get asked for money by illegal parking attendants around there. 👍

Clean. But the climb. The stairs are really high. Tiring.

Comfortable bed, but need attention on the dustbin in d bathroom, cups/glasses provided in the room.

The smell of cat pee, the room is damp and dirty and dusty, the bathroom is uncomfortable.

Hotel is located in good place, natural view is very nice and very good hotel, room is very wide. Very nice.

Clean, good rooms, location near Gadang clock, in front of there is a cafe. But to get here you have to climb the stairs first. The lights went out while staying overnight because the electricity token ran out. Hopefully the blackout incident will not happen again.

The hotel rooms are clean and smell good. And close access to Jam Gadang and the city center.
