Access everywhere was very easy. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, noise from outside could be clearly heard inside the room. And the children playing along the hallway at dawn really disturbed my sleep. There was also a family staying in the same block as me who were talking loudly until midnight, which could be heard in the room, which was very disturbing. Also, the TV broadcasts were almost entirely blurry and unclear. There were only 2-3 channels available. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

This hotel is complete, clean, has a variety of food, and has affordable lunch. If the room doesn't have a view, that's normal for our family, because the bedroom is for sleeping, not for getting a view. I would automatically choose this hotel if I were in Manado.

The facilities are decent.. The room is clean, only the bath towels are not immediately available because it took 4 times to call room service before they came.. The breakfast is complete and quite tasty.. The swimming pool is nice and clean, only a bit disappointed because you have to wear a special swimsuit so not everyone can swim.. The staff are friendly, only a bit disappointed because I was hoping for a sea view room but it changed when I checked in..

We went there for a diving trip on a long weekend and we find the hotel which is located in the middle of the Megamas Complex very convenient. It has everything we need within walking distance and made our stay easy.

The location is great. In front of the sea. Suitable for jogging/morning walks/sunsets. Close to the pier that leads to the Bunaken trip. Many places to eat and coffee shops. The downside is that because it is in the area, there is a parking charge. And the lobby is located above (tall cars like Elf or minibuses cannot enter). The room for 2 people is quite comfortable, breakfast is okay. Unfortunately, it seems the housekeeping is not thorough. There is still shampoo trash left under the table.
