Abandoned hotel, bad service, haunted place. Information around there have been victims and many michet women. Give up.

The hotel staff is quite friendly. It's just a shame there is no breakfast. And the bathroom is not very clean and there is no hot water for bathing, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Unlike most hotels, the rooms are dirty and full of dust, the bathroom is dirty, the AC is broken, there is a hole in the wall behind the AC. the room door must be opened by the staff, it's scary and there are lots of mosquitoes. not recommended for staying. just checked in and saw the facilities for 5 minutes then checked out. a bitter experience.

The AC was not cold. It was dark. When I checked in, the lobby AC was off. It was a strange hotel. The vibes were not good. I checked out immediately, not long after checking in.

the receptionist was very unfriendly, the room and bathroom were dirty, the air conditioner in the room was not cold. We paid 619 thousand on Traveloka, but the hotel showed a rate of 199 thousand net

The bathroom area is very dark and looks scary, the toilet is dirty, the soap smells bad like it has never been changed, the bathroom mirror is dirty, the sink is dirty, the TV is broken, the AC is hot, no. There is a doormat, even though the price is quite high, if it is renovated to be modern, maybe more people will be interested.

For the price of a standard room, the room lights are very dark and the bathroom smells like pee and is not flushed. Even though the staff has told you, there is no help, especially if you bring small children.

The service is very bad, the receptionist is rude. Many facilities are broken, the room door lock doesn't work, the AC doesn't work, the bathroom is dirty, it has been reported to the receptionist but there is no follow up.

Receptionist Unfriendly, no cashless for deposit, guests are told to walk 300 meters to the ATM. The cost of moving to a large bad room is huge, almost 50 ℅ of the room rent.

The room's AC wasn't cold at all, and the room's lock was broken, so if we wanted to enter, the security guard had to open it first. From there, we started to be suspicious. When we entered the room, the aura was very negative. The lights in front of the outside door were off at dusk, even though the evening before we entered, they were on, and the TV wasn't on. At 1 am, my toddler couldn't sleep until 5:30 crying in fear. I swear, it was the worst room I've ever stayed in.
