a very comfortable place, already using smart TV, there is also a gym and the location is strategic, close to everywhere. even though there was an incident where the room door had an error several times and could not be opened, it did not reduce the comfort, definitely recommend

Dirty towels, sheets and mattresses. The room smells of cigarettes even though it's a non-smoking room. Lots of ants. Many people in the 2nd floor common area were chatting loudly (laughing out loud) even though it was past midnight.

fast check in process location near GOR friendly staff there is a gym there is a glass bridge as a photo spot the only thing that is not suitable is maybe there is no lift access.

For room service and friendly and responsive staff, unfortunately they took advantage of irresponsible guests who made a bit of a fuss which disturbed the comfort, but overall it was quite impressive.

This is my second time staying here, the first time I stayed I got room 107 which was nice, the AC was cold and the blower was on. But the second time I stayed here, I got a room with the AC not cold and the blower was off 🥹 I got that in room 112. Please fix it immediately. The location is very very very good.

The service is very friendly, the cleanliness of the room is also okay. But for the bathroom amenities are incomplete, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. Then the towels look quite old, brown and shabby. And the wifi is slow, while the personal signal is very difficult to get in the room area.

The price is very affordable for a hotel that has culinary and gym around it, just a note, there are not many staff so the cleanliness tends to be lacking plus there are ants but it's not dirty, safety in the hotel is lacking because the stairs are directly outside the lobby, there should be a door that can only be accessed by guests to enter and exit & there is no security guard, plus the room size is quite narrow but overall it's fine!
