Nice hotel, friendly service, suitable for bringing family to stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was varied and delicious.

Excellent staff and hotel facilities

My first disappointing experience staying at this hotel,,,this time late check out payment must be made before checking out... and the staff was really rude, chatting me back and forth to make the payment..., we as guests ask for late check out because we need rest but this is actually disturbed by things that I think are very inappropriate...,this time I found a hotel with very bad management...., !!! The service does not match the price which is quite expensive, the breakfast is also not in accordance with their 4 stars.

This is the second time I've stayed here, it's very comfortable and perfect for staying with family, and it's also close to the city center and the toll gate.

Its a good experience to stay at this hotel. But the matter is only too many access to this hotel from the carpark. The elevator is inadequate, wasting a lot of time when going from the lobby (L) to the meeting rooms or guest rooms.

great mountain view from 15th. The rooftop so perfect to spend your evening. Staff so wonderful, Aldi Nabila from RT and security so helpful. FDA which i forgot her name, quick check in less than 5 minutes.

The hotel is comfortable, and the food is delicious. However, access to the hotel by motorized vehicle requires passing through houses and the alley is narrow. Otherwise, it's okay.

I don't recommend this place because the staff doesn't have a place to clean up after changing things like blankets, etc. Cleanliness is also not recommended. I stayed for several days, but the glass was never replaced with a new one.

The best hotel... From entering the lobby, checking in, and so on, all the staff were very, very friendly. It was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The hotel smelled great. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality. Keep it up!

This hotel is very easy to access, especially if you exit the Baranangsiang Toll Road—it only takes a few minutes to get there. It's strategically located in the city center, close to culinary areas and tourist attractions. Parking was a bit confusing at first because the lobby parking lot is located downstairs, so it was a bit confusing to distinguish between the front and back doors. Perhaps you could consider having 2-3 security guards on duty from the entrance to the lobby area, so guests can be clearly directed to the parking area and the hotel entrance. When I arrived, there happened to be two weddings taking place at the same time, so the queue in the lobby was quite long due to the large number of invited guests. Despite this, the staff were friendly and tried to help manage the flow of guests as best as possible. Breakfast was generally delicious, varied, and refills were quick. The menu selection was extensive and the food was satisfying. A bonus was the view of Mt. Salak. I stayed in a Deluxe King Balcony room, and overall it was great—the room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. I wish the balcony were a bit larger, but it's still enough to enjoy the fresh morning air and view of the city. Overall, Bigland Hotel Bogor is highly recommended for a staycation or family event in the city center. Strategic location, complete facilities, delicious food, and friendly service — just a few improvements are needed in the parking area and guest management for large events.

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, they provide rooms according to requests, I will definitely come back again.

The solution when you can't get out of town due to traffic jams, staycation in the city, Bigland hotel is quite okay.

I was wake up and find there is water leak in my room. Lucky, it did not break any of my electronics. The water came from sink pipe, that explain some smell. The housekeeping was very helpful, but no compensation or sincere apology from the office.
