The rooms are clean and tidy, but a bit cramped. The service is good, and there are plenty of children's play areas on weekends and long holidays. I've tried booking in advance and requesting a room, but it seems none of them are being fulfilled. It's a shame the room is too small, and the bathroom is also very cramped.

We asked for a simple birthday cake compliment via WhatsApp. The admin was very friendly and tried to accommodate all our requests. The room was okay, although not very spacious, it was clean, and the smart TV made it comfortable. The pool was okay, but it was very crowded. The food was delicious. The restaurant was often full for breakfast, but the staff found a place for us. Food was always refilled, and dirty plates were quickly picked up and didn't stay on the table for long. Already 2 times to go to this hotel and still really good vibes in there. Need more improvement in lunch, maybe can add something like noodle. Sometimes we need Indomie ya.
