The accommodation is near CentralFestival, making it convenient for travel. The hotel provides small snacks that the kids loved. The swimming pool is a bit small and not very private. The breakfast is delicious.

Every time I come to Chiang Mai, I always stay here.

Clean and comfortable. My only complaint about the room was that the shower was in the same location as the bathtub. 1. This made it difficult to walk to the shower, requiring constant stepping up and down. 2. It was dangerous if there was a misstep while stepping up and down. 3. Using the shower and bathtub in the same location made me hesitant to use the bathtub. 4. My feet kept stepping on the drain plug while showering. And I would like there to be hand soap at the sink. Everything else was great; the staff were lovely and the welcome was excellent.

With a car, this hotel is perfect. Friendly staff, great rooms (big, quiet, and kid-friendly) and nice facilities.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast selection isn't very diverse. There's no fitness center.

The staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the price was good. I will definitely stay there again.

The room is comfortable. The housekeeper is lovely. The only problem is that I was fined 2,000 baht for eating durian. When checking in, the staff should have informed me in advance because some places will inform you that you cannot bring it in to eat. Overall, it's good.

Hotel environment is nice and clean, friendly staff with no issue in communication in English or Chinese. Will come back again for next visit

ถ้าเทียบกับดาวของโรงแรม 4 ดาวควรจะดีกว่านี้ครับ บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ฟร้อนดีแต่ไม่มาก อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยดีเพราะอาหาร บางอย่างควรร้อนแต่ไม่มีความร้อนเลย เช่นข้าวต้ม ข้าวผัด แกงจืดเต้าหู้ไข่ รายการอาหารมีให้เลือกน้อยเกินไป ไม่ค่อยเติมใหม่แบบทำไว้นานแล้ว หมูปิ้งให้ออเดอร์ยังไม่มีความร้อนมาแบบเย็นๆ หมูติดมันมาเยอะมากแล้วไม่ร้อน ส่วนน้ำผลไม้ควรเย็นแต่ไม่มีความเย็นต้องขอน้ำแข็ง ดีที่ชาร้อน เครื่องชงชาดี ชาไทย ชาเขียว ช็อคโกแลตรสชาติดีครับ ส่วนของสระว่ายน้ำไม่สะดวกในการใช้บริการ เพราะอยู่คนละอาคาร แล้วตำแหน่งไม่ค่อยน่าเล่น การบริการโดยรวมขอให้ 1 ดาวครับ

ที่พักใหม่ สะอาด ที่จอดรถเยอะ อาหารเช้าไม่เยอะมาก แต่ก็มีให้ครบ ห้องที่พักมีบริการเครื่องฟอกอากาศให้ด้วย มีติเรื่องเดียวคืออ่างอาบน้ำห้อง 614 ไม่สามารถอุดน้ำเพื่อแช่ตัวได้ ฝากแก้ไขด้วยนะครับ
