There is no bar or pub whatsoever. Room was ok, location was not the best. I was upset because the hotel got images of the cocktail bar - which is why I booked this hotel, but then I felt like I was scammed. Overall was ok

I have work in Cau Giay district, so this is my first time booking at this hotel. The plus points are that there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, and booking a Green SM taxi is very easy. The room is clean, and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant is varied, delicious, and suits my taste. The staff are very friendly. It's a little far from the city center, but that's okay because I can get around by taxi anyway.

There were insects in the breakfast, and although it was called a buffet, guests were only allowed one dish and one drink. No one helped carry the luggage; there were many suitcases, but the receptionist just sat there watching. Guests had to carry their heavy luggage up and down the stairs themselves.

Great. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, helping me check in earlier than scheduled. I hope the hotel changes the breakfast to a buffet, that would be great. But still give 10 points.

2 super enthusiastic + friendly staff. The staff are very supportive and super lovely. A big plus for the 2 staff here. The room is clean, comfortable, and the bathtub is comfortable.

Having been to many hotels in Hanoi, Bloom is the place I am most satisfied with, the receptionist is cute and small, near the hotel with many amenities, the rooms are extremely clean because I am a fastidious person. Now when I go to Hanoi, I will only stay at Bloom. A small suggestion for the hotel, so change the scent of essential oils in the room, everything is 100% perfect.
