Breakfast is ready at 6:30 a.m. The menu offers a wide selection of food. Traditional cakes and snacks are also available. The swimming pool has warm water. It's great to soak in the morning, as the air can be quite chilly.

I had a great stay. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast.

My favorite hotel every time I visit Tondano. Lots of fun activities. It would be even better if there were water dispensers on every floor.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is comfortable and there is a hot spring pool.

It's fun, the swimming pool has warm water, so for those who want to soak in warm water, this is the perfect place.

Don’t know why the app didn’t let me post the pictures to support my review. The overall experience was not good at all, from the property's cleanliness to the rooms. The lobby floor was very dirty and black. The rooms were messy. The bed sheets were dirty. A lot of stains. In one of the rooms we booked, the bedsheet had oil stains, as if a previous guest had used it for a massage. The water in the toilet tank was yellowish. The sink faucet was very loose. It had been a while, no one noticed, or housekeeping did not care to report it. The shower glass is full of watermarks. The bedroom ceramic floor was dirty and blackish. One of the rooms had geckos’ droppings. We had to request new bed sheets. Unfortunately, the new ones had an odor as well. It was a very difficult night staying in this resort. The only positive thing is the staff they had. Very polite and apologetic.

Hotel facilities should be added so that guests who stay there have activities while staying at the hotel.

Everything is good, but the toilet needs improvement because it is a little damaged.

Currently, the new and old buildings share amenities only in the rooms. Access to the water park, pool, and breakfast remains the same.

The food is delicious but there's little variety. The Wi-Fi isn't very fast, so maybe get a room further inside, farther from the router. Suggestion: Increase the Wi-Fi coverage (or whatever you want to call it) so all rooms can enjoy fast Wi-Fi.

Resting is comfortable, fortunately there are no noisy neighbors, I like coming here because there is a hot water swimming pool

Upon entering the room, there were no towels and we immediately asked for them through housekeeping, but overall everything was good.

First time staying here, the photos looked good and attractive, but in reality, the check-in process was long, the room smelled, the sheets were dirty, basically it didn't meet expectations, just stay here once

Check in at 3 PM because the room wasn't available even though I had booked online a week in advance. And paid in full. Originally, I was going to be given a room that didn't match my reservation. I booked a nature view, but instead I was given a roof view (meaning only the roof was visible). I complained before the room was replaced. The room wasn't soundproof, there were no towels, and the bathroom equipment looked neglected. There wasn't even a telephone in the room. Oh yeah, the room we stayed in was also full of ants. You can check the proof directly on site.
