On behalf of Pu Luong Natura, I would like to sincerely apologize for my incomplete experience during the last vacation.
Regarding the issue of power outage, on June 15, our area had a sudden power outage from 8-10 am and from 12 midnight to 3-4 am. I hope you will sympathize with my family because in the summer, power outages happen quite often and the whole area has a sudden power outage. My family has also run a generator, but because it is a mountainous area, the oil supply is limited and the machine essentially cannot run all night long, so I hope you will understand.
Regarding the room view issue, there is currently a problem related to the system on our side so it has not been allocated correctly to our side. Natura sincerely apologizes to you about this incident.
Regarding reception and breakfast services, we apologize for not providing the best service for you. We will review and adjust shift assignments and food rations to improve service quality.
Once again, I am very sorry for my incomplete experience at Pu Luong Natura. Your feedback will be very helpful in the process of improving and developing our services.
