Stayed 4 nights, asked for the room to be cleaned, but was ignored.

The place is actually quite good, but the internet is terrible, especially the receptionists, when complaints are made they are more busy video calling their partners.

Room cleanliness is always maintained.

Second time staying here, the hotel is comfortable, close to the city center, the room is clean, spacious for the three of us with small children, the bathroom is very spacious and clean. Will always stay here every time I go to Palu.

The room cleanliness is good. Unfortunately for breakfast, before 9 am it often runs out and is not refilled. Really very disappointing.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel are good, the hotel staff is not friendly and agile. Instead of greeting guests when they arrive, they are only busy chatting, without greeting or offering help carrying suitcases. The taste of the food at breakfast is very salty. Maybe the cook didn't taste the food before serving it.

Hotelnya bersih, air panasnya lancar, breakfast enak tapi telat. Seharusnya bisa breakfast jam 7 tapi jam 7 lewat belum siap. Gapapa sih, bagi saya tetap recommended.

The worst hotel and will not come back again, booked 2 rooms for a total of 10 days and even then because of work matters. This hotel does not have smoking rooms. Breakfast wasn't ready until around 8 am. Got a room that could be connected to another room but the door was broken and couldn't be locked. Bad bad and will never come here again.
