The hotel no longer cooperates with OYO and refused my check-in.

Electricity token charge at personal cost.

Friendly service, but there are no mandatory facilities in an inn business, such as blankets and toiletries. I feel like I'm being forced to freeze with an AC that can't be adjusted for speed and temperature. Hopefully it's fixed soon. This is my personal experience, I don't know anyone else who has been here, who knows it's just me.

I bought my own electricity token.

Penginapan ini mewajibkan tamu untuk bayar token listrik sendiri, saat mau cancel pemilik tidak bersedia. Sedangkan tidak ada penjelasan sebelumnya di deskripsi saat booking. Akhirnya saya tinggalkan booking an. Tanpa menginap. Nyesal sudah booking di sini.

The toilet can't be flushed, the water heater can't be used, there are no amenities, there are no blankets, the electricity is filled with their own tokens, they even hold the cupboard keys it's really outrageous.

Really bad! Arriving at the hotel they said the room was full! As a result money can not be returned! This is a scam!

The drawback is that there are no blankets and a lot of broken bathroom equipment.

The electricity token is self-paid, the toilet is flushed manually, the water heater is just a display, it can't be used, there are two plugs in the room, only one is active. Electricity often snaps. No blanket, under the bed a lot of garbage. The room smells of moss.

There is no TV. Not the same as in the package list.

First time staying, water runs out, toilet is dirty, not cleaned before check-in. strategic location, but dirty toilet. no remote AC. TV broadcasts are blurred, still using antenna, can't watch.

The service is not good, it is stingy with water for bathing, the order does not match what is in the application.

Room position on the 2nd floor, wifi is only available in the lobby area, for the bed room is unsafe because it is rocking, toiletries are available toothpaste and toothbrush plus towels but no soap. An ordinary TV antenna and going to dawn the lights go out, imagine in Pekanbaru it is hot there is no air conditioning because the lights go out until I checkout

power failure. water does not exist. the tap is just a tap for the toilet. many guests complained. receptions and concurrent servants only 1 really error. can not refund money is wasted. really fortune. the owner must be reprimanded.
