Very close to the airport; nearby restaurants are very convenient

Every time I come to HCM for work, I stay at this hotel. The staff is enthusiastic and the room is clean.

The room is small and comfortable, however the hotel's decoration is confusing. There are 4 identical bottles of mineral water in the room (2 on the table, 2 next to the tea and coffee bags). It is not clearly stated which are free and which are charged. I only drank 1 bottle right on the table. The hotel charged extra for the water. It's not much, but the hotel should review it.

The staff was cheerful and enthusiastic. Arrived early and waited for help checking in. Booked a Grab for me to go to Tam Anh Hospital. Thank you very much to the receptionist. The hotel is ok. I saw many foreign guests.

The first day I entered the room, the toilet was clogged. After the staff helped to fix it, the smell of the sewer was so strong that I couldn't sleep. Requested to change to the second room, but the bathroom water wouldn't drain. Every time I finished showering, the water flooded the entire bathroom and I had to ask the staff to clean it. Although the staff were very enthusiastic in helping, I hope the hotel will check the water system again because I'm so haunted after 3 nights here =.=

When booking a room, I requested a room with a balcony and windows for smokers. There was no receptionist or phone to notify guests. When checking in, they could not cancel the room and said they would fine 500k if they smoked in the room. The service was bad and the staff were unprofessional. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone I know. The room was 1 million VND per night but it was too bad.

The manager Tuan is super kind and nice and friendly, highly recommend this hotel.

The pillow was too high and hard for me. The room could do with a long dressing mirror. Apart from the above, it 's not a bad little hotel. I would stay again.

Love this friendly hotel and yummy breakfast

The room is quite comfortable and the bed is soft, the bathroom is clean. It is only 5 minutes to the airport, but it is further to the city center. The service is very good.

Staff ok. Room ok. Only the hotel is a bit inside from the main road.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng rộng, giá tốt, bữa sáng ngon, tiếc là phòng gia đình không có view, không có bể bơi, phòng gym.

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, phòng rất sạch sẽ. Sẽ ủng hộ nhiều ạ.

The hotel is good, but without a pool.

10 Minutes only to Airport. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are also super friendly, at breakfast they came to us to tell us what was halal or not, even making extra noodles for us that didn't have pork.

Thanh Long Hotel is near the airport so it's convenient for my trip. The price through the app is suitable, the room space is clean, the room with 2 single beds is very comfortable, the light view is good. Breakfast food is limited, near the hotel there are many delicious restaurants on Truong Son street. Because the hotel is in a small alley, the only downside is that there is no more comfortable parking for guests with their own cars. The hotel could not accommodate my special request for a late check out, but they still supported me in keeping a change of clothes. I will recommend my friends to experience this resort.

Hotel is very great and luxurious at affordable price. The receptionist are also helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel.
