Andy was amazing—so welcoming and attentive. We loved our upgraded sea-view room, the breakfast buffet was great, and the fire dance was such a highlight. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had an ocean-view room with a private balcony: the perfect way to wake up. Andy helped us check in early and even offered us an outdoor seating area overlooking the ocean during the buffet. The beach bar transforms into a show every night with fire dancers and live music. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance.

Andy secretly helped my partner plan a surprise birthday setup in the room — flowers, balloons, even a handwritten card. I’ve never felt so seen at a hotel. The buffet was generous and fresh, and the sunset beach bar just took the night to another level.

Bus stop, supermarket, restaurants—all within 100 meters. Great for families or solo travelers. The fire show is worth staying in for. Andy even helped us find famous local food in the street.

Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Room is clean, soundproof. Breakfast buffet is delicious.

Nice room, clean, friendly staff, convenient motorbike rental. But the only problem is that the TV cannot connect to the internet to watch YouTube. I hope the resort will improve that problem. Everything else is ok!

Spacious room with a sea view and a beautiful sunset. The beach is beautiful, clean, and located right on the street, so it's convenient to go out and eat. The staff is enthusiastic. I stayed at the hotel on my birthday and got a birthday cake. However, the balcony only has 1 hotel chair, so consider adding another set of chairs for the family to sit together. The soundproofing is not very good. When pulling the bed and chair on the 3rd floor, you can still hear clearly. The music from the bar below is loud.

Booked a large room with a king bed but was given a room with a single bed put together. When we fell in love, lying in the middle was painful. The price remains the same :))) The TV doesn't have Internet so it's boring. Not worth the money spent

Very satisfied with my stay at the Resort. The 360 degree room has a beautiful view! It's just a pity that the weather wasn't so nice when I went, so I couldn't fully enjoy PQ's unique sunset moment.

It 's a comfortable stay in the room. Basic room. I booked for the panoramic view deluxe king but not sure if it 's the common standard to just pushed two bed together into one. Maybe not so worth booking it at a slightly more expensive option. My friends booked normal room and got the exact same room except they had the king bed. The view of the hotel is nice. Hotel buffet was sufficient. One day we had late breakfast, so at 9.50am we were informed that the breakfast were ending, asked to take whatever we can. So we went to take our breakfast, but our table were cleared by the time we got back even though the plate is full. Hence, we had little food. (Whatever we had in on one last plate) The bar was really loud and service is bad. We waited more than 10 mins before we can place an order. Another 10 before we asked why hasn't our beer is served. They kept saying coming. We waited for another 10 before we just walked out. Everyone was inhaling some balloon gas, not sure what was it. It was a bit scary.

Điểm trừ: - Ngày thứ 2 sau khi ăn sáng tại resort, chúng tôi ở tại resort chơi và không đi đâu, khoảng 2 giờ sau khi ăn sáng thì vợ tôi có dấu hiệu bị ngộ độc thực phẩm nhẹ (trong khoản thời gian này chúng tôi không ăn món gì khác), sau khi tự dùng thuốc đến chiều thì triệu chứng giảm, vì triệu chứng ngộ độc không rõ lắm nên tôi chỉ nghĩ rằng vợ tôi chỉ bị hội chứng ruột kích thích. - Sáng ngày thứ 3, chúng tôi phải check out sớm và được resort gửi món ăn sáng cầm theo (các món được đóng gói rất cẩn thận và nóng - thanks), nhưng sau khi dùng bữa khoảng 2 tiếng thì tôi bị các triệu chứng ngộ độc thực phẩm rõ rệt (đi ngoài, nôn, mệt mỏi, sốt nhẹ), vợ tôi cũng có các triệu chứng nhưng nhẹ hơn vì cô ấy ăn rất ít. Vì sau khi dùng các món của resort, tôi không ăn các món nào khác nên có thể khẳng định rằng có một món ăn nào đó gây ngộ độc (có thể là món bánh ngọt). khách sạn nên chú ý hơn đến việc bảo quản thức ăn trong mùa nóng.

Phòng rất rất CŨ rất rất HÔI, đặc biệt là KHÔNG CÓ CÁCH ÂM phòng kế bên đối diện làm gì đều nghe rõ mồng một, đã vậy resort này toàn chủ yếu là KHÁCH ĐOÀN nên siêu ồn ào và xô bồ. Nước yếu bồn cầu giựt hồi nó xì lên lại, máy lạnh 20 độ mà tới 3g sáng nóng ngạt thở, DỌN PHÒNG KHÔNG SẠCH dấu tay trên kính soi còn nguyên, dấu tay trên tấm kính ngay bồn tắm đầy đủ hình thù trông rất buồn nôn 😀 Nhân viên thì lịch sự dễ thương, địa thế tốt, có biển tắm hoạt động vui nhưng phòng dơ ghê quá không chấp nhận được

Tiện nghi bình thường. Thức ăn sáng bình thường. Nhược điểm: Phòng cách âm kém, tiếng ồn lớn. Giá phòng hơi cao. Không hài lòng: Có nhân viên luôn tìm cách kết nối khách với các tài xế địa phương, đây cũng là điểm mạnh nếu khách có nhu cầu. Ngược lại, sẽ cảm thấy bị làm phiền vì cứ bị hỏi mỗi khi bạn đi ra ngoài. Thậm chí tỏ thái độ chê bai cách mà khách chọn phương tiện di chuyển khác. Riêng tôi rất ngại mỗi khi bước xuống sân gặp phải anh nhân viên này. Lưu ý: Hành lang được chắn bằng kính cường lực, mỹ quan tốt. The hotel is an ideal choice for a vacation, beautiful sea view rooms, wonderful sunset views at the Sunset bar. The hotel has a good breakfast. My husband and I quite like it. If I come back I will still consider staying here.
