Beautiful lobby but room was not as clean as I expect from a Doubletree. Long black hair on white duvet, dried fluids on walls, wood floor not clean (took pics of all). Disappointing. Local candies in lobby nice touch though.

It was a great place to stay with friendly and courteous staff. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Trieste, Italy. This hotel used to be a palace.

The hotel is in a lovely building which retains the historic feel unlike some conversions. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bar was a beautiful room and they produced excellent cocktails. We did not use the restaurant, preferring to wander around Trieste and eat out, which offered plenty of choice. Good place to base yourself for a few days in Trieste, with buses to Miramar and around close.

Lovely room with skylights. Nicely furnished. Fast room service. Hotel staff well informed and helpful. I needed a cab and they had one for me before I even walked out of the hotel.

Front desk people were friendly and helpful. We had a two-bedroom suite, great option.

Staff were really good to work with and we appreciated their help! The only negative was we asked for transportation to the airport and the staff told me 250 Euros. The guy wanted 340. I was not happy with that

The location was perfect for our cruise boarding. The breakfast very good, a lot of choices even a mimosa! You can walk and explore for hours….

Great location, clean modern rooms. Great Breakfast. Nice Staff. We used the valet parking as the parking lot was a ways away.

No view, noisy from building equipment, parking is horrible. Staff was amazing, breakfast and room service good was great, location is great!!

This hotel is in a great position to walk the streets of Trieste. Breakfast very good and front desk staff glad to help you with anything.
