I enjoyed this resort so much. The front desk staff are kind and courteous. The room is nice size and clean. The pool area was well maintained.

The charge on my bank is roughly 3 times the amount the hotel receipt reflects.

All around EXCELLENT

All was excellent except one employee at their casino who was beyond rude at the blackjack table. But the hotel and their staff were remarkable.

Sycuan Resort was a nice place many food options. The only thing I will complain about is they closed the pool for maintenance and we were told 2 days before the pool was opened. The only reason why I booked this place was because I thought pools would be opened. I complained at front desk and the front desk had not too much to say except for it was a last minute closure which didn’t help me at all. I went to the zoo on my 2nd day to give us something too so as we are not big gamblers. Nice place but I won’t be going back.

I just left the pleasures of visiting Sycuan Casino, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. They greeted me with smiles and assisted whenever needed, which made a positive impression. The casino itself is not only aesthetically pleasing but also impeccably clean. I noticed how well-maintained the facilities were, which added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. The casino's layout made it easy to navigate, and I appreciated how spacious it felt – not too crowded, yet lively enough to feel engaging. One of the best aspects was the environment; it struck a perfect balance between being vibrant and energetic without being overwhelming. The sound levels were just right, allowing for conversations while still allowing me to enjoy the excitement around me. Considering all of this, I can confidently say that I will be returning to Sycuan Casino shortly. It's a fantastic place; have fun and enjoy quality time. I can't wait for my next can't!

This property was very clean, and a lot of things were new. My biggest and only complaint is that is was not posted anywhere online that their lazy river and 1 other pool were not open.

Too many people in the Hotel lobby front that were smoking

What a wonderful property! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! The dining options were great, and the facilities themselves were super clean and well cared for. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it!

This is the second year I celebrate my birthday at Sycuan. It always provides a beautiful experience for my husband and I to celebrate in a beautiful relaxing atmosphere with fun just around the corner. From the spa to the poolside and then playing fun. Great place to start a new birthday.

Very nice place to stay and clean

It's a nice casino.

The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable. The casino was very clean, also. We attended a concert, and the arena was a perfect size. All in all, we had a wonderful time in a beautiful environment.

Good
