My Son ended up going to the property and unfortunately was very disappointed about no one being available at check in, the unopened room, security concerns , the cleanliness of the room, the smell of cigarettes in the room. He dropped off the key and is not staying tonight or tomorrow night. I think a refund should be in order ultimately from your property.
I took a chance as it said 8 out of 10 reviews through Expedia and it didn’t work out.
