There was very little places to put things like clothes or baggage. I think it was overpriced for being a basic room. However I did like the heated indoor pool. I would stay here again if only for a night; would not recommend for an extended stay

My 1st time at this hotel. The lobby was tremendous and spacious. I can’t even describe it. The front desk personnel were very, very, nice. I requested a ground floor room and they gave me one. Super ! The room was adequate size and the t.v. was on with a personal welcome on it. The beds were so comfortable.There were more than enough towels and sundries. The breakfast was super with a large variety of foods. A nice patio with several tables and chairs. I am definitely staying at this hotel every time I come to San Antonio from now on. Absolutely!

Check in was extremely fast and Sara was amazing; super friendly.

Loved the room. Clean and smelled good. Also loved the breakfast. Very yummy. Rosa and Raul, that prepared the breakfast downstairs, eggs….potatoes, crunchy bacon…..were very intentive to all of us breakfast motel stayers, while we were making our plates…. They also had some amazing homemade Salsita!!!! Sabroso🙌 So tasty!! Thank you again ❤️❤️❤️

Nice Hotel with friendly Staff, complete breakfast, an indoor pool, and pet friendly, 15 min from the Alamo, 20 min from Six Flags. Hi Recommended.

I usually reserve double bed rooms, but will occassionally reserve a king size bed room. This trip I reserved a room with a king size bed. While the room was nice (decor/style), upon entering we were surprised to find the size of the room small/tight with the king size bed taking up the majority of the room space. Viewing the room on the website, it did not appear to be this small as most king size rooms are spacious for comfort to move around the room. A close relative who traveled with us reserved a double room which was very spacious. Double beds will be our standard here, or a king size suite. Checking out, returning home, and viewing my checking account, the second issue was my card being charged multiple charges, one a double charge and another charge a different smaller amount versus one final rate for my two day stay. While I did get resolve after three to four calls, this was not kosher, as the double charge/funds were held in my account for two to three days before being released. Going forward I will use my secondary account. On a positive note, the breakfast selections were very good and the dining area was very spacious. The hotel lobby decor is very nice, impressive. with a warmth/comfortableness to it. The quality of the hotel rooms, the quality of the body wash/lotion, etc. are nice gestures/pluses. The staff at check in were hospitable.
