My husband and I decided to spend a couple of days in St Augustine. We were heading home after my husband’s father’s funeral. It was a rough week and we both needed to slow down and refresh. Staying at this hotel was the wrong decision!!! Front desk clerk checking in acted like I was bothering her. Never stood up, Never welcomed me!! She then rudely demanded a $100 deposit! No where on Hotels.com does it make you aware of $100 deposit. I had already paid for the room online. She would not tell me what it was for!! Room was nicely remodeled but floor was dirty!! No way to sweep or vacuum it. Totally gross walking barefoot so I wore my shoes when walking on the floor. Water pressure is horrible!!! If you have long hair like me be prepared to take forever to get your shampoo out. Bed is hard as a rock and the sheets felt sandy. Upon checking out I had to prove I had the credit card that I paid with for the room and then I was not allowed to leave until she checked out the room!! I left all used towels in a pile outside the bathroom door and I stripped the bed and left that in a neat pile (I do this wherever I stay). I will NEVER stay here again!!

It was ok for the price we paid. To much noice outside in the middle of the night. Can’t expect much from a last minute stay.

Room was dirty and bathroom was unfinished. Tiles in bathroom were not cut right and you can see where the wall and the floor didnt meet up. Mold in shower.

Not a bad place to stay. Close enough for everything around the area. Not fancy

Staff is friendly and the room is remodeled. It is a simple place but clean and good for the price.

The room was nice , the rooftop pool was dirty but the view was great , the front of the blding can be maintained better .felt like the hoid .

The room was upgraded and very spacious. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly. All of the places we chose to visit, including the beach, we're all within an 8 minute drive. It was perfect. Our only issue was the floor needed swept and mopped.

Room was clean and well maintained. The beds were to firm for me. Nothing wrong with this place. It was worth the price and was convenient to shopping and food.
