I checked in right after work and the front desk person (can’t remember her name) but she was so professional and helpful. This is my third time staying here and everyone is always great thank you all for making my stay memorable!

I booked this hotel because they have a charger for my EV. However I was not allowed to charge it because it is valet only. I do not feel comfortable letting someone else hook up and charge my EV. It is a complicated process. There should be allowances for EV drivers to be able to park and drive their cars. A hotel with EV chargers even though they advertise having one is useless. BTW last time I stayed here with my EV your charger was broken so I was disappointed that stay too.

The hotel itself is lovely, a lot of surrounding things that are walkable so it made exploring downtown Denver much easier. The breakfast was definitely one of the worst ones I’ve had ever staying at a hotel, no protein, bagels tasting awful, and no regular cow milk for the cereal. Another thing to note. No free parking anywhere. Overnight parking is 60$ a night. So consider that into your cost of your stay when staying there.

After checking in, I lost my ID. I was gaslighted and informed if they called the concierge on duty after checking in, he wouldn't answer. They were unwilling to look at cameras and was told I had bad manners after not receiving said "incident report". Terrible customer service, zero sympathy. Not worth your money - stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was great for sports family. Door leading to street was not an entrance or exit (poorly marked). Entrance was around side. Regardless, will book again.

Loved our 3 night stay in this comfortable, modern and spacious hotel. Very dog-friendly and loved the fact we had a great kitchenette for self-catering and breakfast included in a central location close to public transport, some of it free. Highly recommend!

The hotel was good we had some problem with the reservation but they fixed it very quickly, the only problem was during breakfast they need more employees, the food run out pretty quickly and they took a long time to refill everything.

I didn’t like that upon leaving i asked to stay an extra day. I was told this was not possible and I would need tto make a new reservation ( which I did and paid for) Then i had to wait for check in time. I asked if by chance a room was ready. The employee who told me he could not extend would be the same employee who would tell me the hotel was full. This employee did NOT tell me this over the phone when we spoke but quick to tell me this after i paid for the room. I was given a room with no kitchen amenities no coffee I am disabled and had to warm up my food in the downstairs microwave ( which is disgustingly gross) The same employee tells me a new reservation is required but fails to tell me the hotel is full after i had paid for the room through Expedia. The employee Mishki failed to communicate effectively with me so the result could of been avoided and I could of went to a different hotel!

Perfect for a quick stay in Denver. Rate was fantastic and unheard of in downtown ($113). Front desk pro Maddie was friendly, efficient, with check-in, and she turned me on to the SpotHero parking app on which we found overnight parking for under $17! Also UNHEARD OF! Breakfast was hearty with plenty of options including tasty breakfast burritos. Our room was large and confortable. A few VERY SUBTLE signs of wear that did not bother us or impact comfort. Request for high floor, mtn views, quiet room away from kids/families and rhe elevator was fulfilled. Would recommend and will stay again!
