Staff were fantastic, however room was disappointing due to not being how expected as seen on photos. The apartment felt worn in places.

Got upgarded to a 2 bedroom apartment without charge. Spacious, bright rooms with good black out curtains. Good, central location.

Stair carpets we're never cleaned. Dishes and plates didn't match.

Had a great little break with the family. Was nice to have a little kitchen and lounge area as well as the swimming and sauna facilities. Location was great for nipping to the beach or heading to the Pleasure Beach.

Comfortable but was expecting more after reading previous reviews. Very good location with easy access to beach, parks and town centre

A really well thought out hotel. Everything you need nothing you don’t. We met up with family and were able to celebrate together in one room whilst the kids slept in the other. Location is perfect. Swimming pool is fabulous but you need to book your slot which keeps the pool quiet.

Great hospitality

Although small, the apartment has everything you could need (room 303). Would prefer a larger bed and would usually book a room with a super king, but as this was a last minute booking, we had no option as this was the only room available. The pool area was nice, with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The only negative was that the room was too warm and due to being on the ground floor felt unable to leave windows open due to security.

You won’t find a much better place to stay in this area. Everything was perfect, can’t complain. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Second time here and would book again. Excellent location with park opposite you and the beach behind. Lovely decor, clean and the facilities are great!

Hotel itself was nice and stsff were friendly but there was an awful smell in the room, possibly linked to the drains. Also the steam room and sauna facilities werent working. Given that i had accidentally double booked i thought the non-working facilities may have aided my cause in getting a refund for the surplus booking but apparently not.

ALL the staff were Absolute Amazing! Customer service was 11/10! The rooms were nice and clean as well as very spacious. Would DEFINITELY reccomend this Hotel to All!

On the surface all is well above par but once you dig a little deeper it does reveal a few disappointments. There is nothing terrible, rather attention to detail which is lacking. The kitchen is to be admired for its scale and quality. On the surface one of the best i have seen especially at this price point. The only thing is that once you get tired of opening up empty cupboards you eventually get to only a handful of items. To be honest if the hotel only wanted to provide two of everything it could have perhaps saved some money and halved the size of the kitchen. There was an absence of some necessary kitchen items which had to be asked for. To the credit of the staff this was addressed immediately for which we were grateful. That being said, careful checks prior to each occupation would prevent such occurences. The floor on the kitchen could have been cleaner. We spilled a little water on the floor and when cleaning it up with a towel, the once white towel was white no longer. That is avoidable. We had no issues anywhere else and everywhere else was clean enough. The sofa bed was pretty much useless to sit on. The cushions kept moving around and even falling off just by the simple act of sitting down and standing up. We retreated to the bed to watch tv instead. The rest of the apartment though was very nice and of a good standard. The staff were very helpful and polite.
