Beautiful property with accommodating and friendly staff.

Lovely two night stay, everything you would expect from a five star hotel but the most impressive thing was the high standard of ALL the staff so friendly, even the cleaning lady stopped hoovering until we were out of earshot Well worth a visit and hope we can return soon

I recently stayed at the Fingal Hotel in Edinburgh, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. beautifully restored 1960s ship, offers a unique blend of nautical history and modern elegance. The Art Deco interiors are stunning, and the attention to detail is impeccable, from the rooms to the dining at the Lighthouse Restaurant. The service was discreet yet attentive, ensuring a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the quiet, serene location at Leith’s Alexandra Dock, a perfect retreat just a short ride from Edinburgh’s city center. the experience was 10/10 I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a truly unique and luxurious stay in Edinburgh.

The Fingal is an amazing place to stay. Treated so well, the staff, truly are fantastic. Food was delicious. The rooms are unique & so so comfy. I slept like a baby… for me that’s a huge thing! We will without a doubt be back to stay again. To see how the ship once operated was so interesting & we loved that we could also visit the Royal Yacht Britannia too. With complimentary tickets. All in all a stay we will remember for a long time. Thank you Fingal.

I don’t know how to put into words just how amazing our stay was. Even before check in staff were attentive and in communication to make sure even the tiniest want was attended to. Staff were friendly and courteous without being overbearing, the facility quite literally sparkled and the rooms exceeded every and any expectation we had. From the exceptionally comfortable linens to the little touches like scents quietly diffused into the room this was easily the best hotel experience I’ve ever had; I may have shed a tear on the way to the airport wanting to never leave

Great service, luxurious rooms. Leith is a really good location for food and drinks, and Fingal is near a tram stop for a short ride into the city centre

An excellent experience. We loved the ambiance and the staff were so attentive and friendly. Rooms were immaculate and accommodating. Very close to a great distillery tour and the HMS Britannia - both are awesome tours.
