this was our second time staying at this property. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. The free breakfast was very nice. We will always consider this property when in Madison

Everything was great, customer service, room, breakfast, facilities. The only bad thing was that you could hear the peope in the room above us stomping around.

Everything was clean and in working order. Staying for one night would be fine as the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would not stay here for any longer than that, as there are no dressers or closets. They have nobs/hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Looks like they're trying to achieve a "simple style" vibe. Breakfast. There was fruit, grains and hot food available. The hot food appeared to be microwaved which made the biscuits soggy and a bit unappealing. I had an egg, sausage w/cheese biscuits sandwich. The design of the breakfast area could use improving. The waste baskets are directly under the food prep counter. This led to a cluster of people trying to reach the waste bins, while others were making toast, bagels, etc. Granted, the hotel was full, so the breakfast area was busy. In general, it's a very clean property with comfy beds, offers a decent breakfast, and seems to be located in a safe area.

Clean and comfortable and streamlined. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Appreciate the room has hard flooring and no drapes, helps with the allergies. Like the grab and go breakfast sandwiches and the 24/7 coffee and tea. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Quick drive to fast food and grocery. Only 10 mins from Madison.

A rather arrogant young man checked us in, upset with us because my friend & I asked too many questions on our arrival, with *sighs*, rolled eyes & all he told us we were rude to interrupt him, suggesting he didn’t have to rent to us…perhaps he was having a bad day-

We stayed here for after the Morgan Wallen concert and it was perfect. It was close enough and very safe, quiet, and clean for my son and me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the cleanest hotel and hotel room I’ve stayed at in years. And they can keep a high level of cleanliness despite being dog friendly. So appreciated

Room very clean. Complimentary breakfast above average for most hotels. Staff friendly. Easy parking. Bed comfortable. Glad they are not using wasteful shampoo and personal care plastic tiny bottles, but rathet multie usr dispensers.

We've stayed here multiple times. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great price. Theres also a coffee shop next door and a few places to eat/drink right next door. Super convenient.

The single room was very comfortable. The 24 hour coffee is great and the breakfast is simple but nourishing.

Decent place to stay, they don't price gouge as much as the rest. Front desk lady was suprisingly nice, engaging, and can actually look you in the eye and was very polite which is a rareity in Madison for someone of her age

Good hotel in good area. Easy to get to. Elevators sort of slow, hotel room door return is pretty powerful, a little hard to get in and out with bags.
