Poor service. Always no staff when needed.

Does not match the description and photo, very bad.

The service is very good, but the shower bathroom cannot be used because it leaks and there are lots of ants in the room. But the location is very strategic, there are many culinary delights and close to Indomaret and near clinics that require antigen swabs for travel.

I was reprimanded by an OYO employee because I brought an iron and charged IDR 50,000, unfortunately when I booked via the mobile application, then I checked in on the day there was no notification about the terms and conditions for staying even in the room, there was no pamphlet about it . I am a bit disappointed because OYO has banned the customer without being able to show the written rules so that I firmly refused to pay the charge.
