The unit is very clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly, the view from above is very beautiful

The security guards are very helpful and friendly, the admin is also fast to respond.

The place is clean, fragrant, and very comfortable. Just go downstairs and you'll reach Central Park Mall👍. The studio room has quite complete facilities, including a refrigerator, complete dining utensils, a water boiler, and coffee. It's simply GREAT👍

It's quite cheap for a short stopover, and they also provide a check-in and check-out tutor, making it easier for new visitors.

The staff should be friendlier and the rooms do not match the promotion in the pictures.

Very clean and comfortable. Complete room facilities. Very strategic location, looking for affordable food just walk to the apartment complex next door. Under the apartment itself there are also many foods and there is an Indomaret.

I stayed here on 13-16 Febuary 2025, Location wise it's really good, there is a lot of laundry in the ground floor as well as Indomaret. It's also 5 minutes walk to Central Park, Neo Soho and Mall Taman Anggrek so really convenient. I did not use shared facilities in apartment but there is gym and swimming pool. As for facilities inside the room there is wifi, tv, fridge and also basic cookware. Wifi is ok but there is little trouble with the smart tv because it cannot connect to wifi. There is 3 aircond (one each in bedroom and common room). Size wise it's not really big but I guess this is standard apartment size in Jakarta. As this is not hotel, there is no receiptonist for check in and check out, you need to contact the owner one day prior and get instruction to get the key.

The apt was excellent, best for family friendly vacation. However, in the building there's just a 1-2 restaurant yet overall the apt conditions was great, clean and tidy

Nice, clean, close to CP and TA, just walk, clean, but there are still ants on the table, but overall it's good.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in instructions are clear, a 30-second walk to Central. Park Mall can be walked to the Pullman Hotel, complete facilities, there are towels, coffee, sugar, refrigerator, AC, hot water, it would be better if there was drinking water, short visit is really good
