Shower head f****** dirty (black), after booking need to wait more that 1 hours plus just reply on whatsapp room details and last need transfer deposit RM100 (after check out refund deposit need wait 7-14 days)!

This unit did not mention that we need to pay RM100 for deposit. Its okay then but they only return the money within 7-14 days. This is unacceptable! The agent did not provide a proper way to enter the unit. Very nuisance. Luckily the security guard help us to enter the unit. The upstairs toilet very smelly. Wifi cannot be connected. TV cannot open. Already complaint to the agent but they just ignore it. Lastly they will charge if you late check out. Rm50 penalty per hour. Luckily I able to check out around 11am. The unit quite nice but their service is very bad. Need to improve on it.

Oh my God, probably the most troublesome, annoying and frustrating trip I've ever been ☠️. 1) the layout of the residences & parking is the most inefficient I've ever experience! There were no sign to go the residence parking, no sign to go to get the actual residence building? So hard for first timers. If you wanna enter residence parking you have to get residence card (only 1 access card provided?) on the mailbox of the GF lobby. Then from there, you have to make a whole uturn on the highway to get the residences parking because the only entrance cannot pass through once you enter the mall to get the key? 2) the homestay management: Dreamscape, most unprofessional management & staff. The staff you meet to get the key is non-Malaysian so hard to communicate, doesn't understand english & malay much! I booked 2units for the stay as the venue for the bride & her family to prepare for her event. Requested the unit to be nearby for easier flow for MUA & videographer to come & go. However, not only did they failed to do but one of the two units was suddenly unavailable due to no electricity? And they told me this 1 day before my date? After much arguing & debate, issue was resolve by asking them to book another unit from an external management as well. Its still frustrating as this should not be happening? 3) the unit given is horrible. Oh my God, its disgusting, the unit has a cockroach infestation! There's roaches everywhere! Thank god it's not the big flying ones, just the small ones but there are everywhere. Some even got inside my food on the dining table. It's not safe at all. We had to buy roaches aerosol by ourselves. (Was reimbursed by management). The most disgusting unit ever, there were some up the loft but there countless baby and small roaches near the kitchen. We can't even cook or do anything. So embarrassing to have the MUA see all the dead roaches when they arrive. The pipe on the toilet below is leaking so prepare to be drenched in water if you use the toilet below. Towel has some brown spots so we opted to use our own towel. Wallpaper is cracked up the loft and one the lights were flickering. The only thing I like about the unit is the layout, a loft with 1 queen + 1 single. Deco is also nice. There are many more horrible things about this management and overall the ekocheras residences! Not suitable for staycation or anything. Even the food selection in the mall is poor. Mostly non-halal food. And some coffee shops: starbucks, coffee bean, dunkin donuts.

Feel ch**ted this unit not suppose to be publish under hotel it should be under apartment and house.. because the process of check in is not the same.

Honestly the room unit everything is good but the only problem is their service is super terrible very hard to reply customer texts and not even feel sorry for not giving back the deposit . Maybe for you rm100 deposit is small but for me is big amount man! If you feel like you got no interest to do business better stop doing business because your service is like sh** !!! Macam nak tak nak hidup je buat business! First and last!

Difficult to contact with the owner... Call owner multiple times, but didn't pick up calls... Until I report that case to customer service of agent. the parking lot limited.
