One of my favorite places in Jamaica

Nice Hotel

I love the property, Stay many time. This trip the room was very tight for a couple to move around. I didn’t like that.

We are regular visitors but on last visit we felt the property could benefit from some updating

Great place, clean, love the property

The meal was exceptional, and the staff provided warm and friendly service.

The SIGNATURE customer service and professionalism exhibited by the staff at the Terra Nova is extremely high and commendable. We plan to make this venue our GODSU UNIVERSITY's home away from home for conferences, conventions, business and leisure travel. The leadership of the newly appointed General Manager Mr. Miguel Arthurs is embedded in the elevated spirit and service we experienced from the hotel staff. We were extremely pleased with the amenities including the pool, jacuzzi, breakfast area, bedroom, gym, all the finishing touches this exclusive experience at the Grand Terra Nova Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. We especially enjoyed the warm smiles and infectious hospitality. We shall return very soon!

My husband and I were extremely grateful for management’s response to an issue we encountered at the Terra Nova. There was a bit confusion related to our room but the General Manager quickly resolved our concern. His attention to our care during our stay was greatly appreciated! We will continue to choose the Terra Nova as our favorite property to stay in Kingston!

My stay was an all too short 24 hours. Driving into the hotel grounds, I immediately felt like I was transported to tranquility. The staff were welcoming, warm, helpful, and communicated clearly. Food was excellent. For lunch I had red peas soup, red snapper in a fish sauce with okra, macaroni and cheese, and an elderflower martini. The breakfast buffet offers great variety. I tried cake and salt fish for the first time and loved it. I also had a steamed green banana, filleted fish and onions and peppers, a fried dumpling, and a sausage link. My room was bright and spacious. My only complaint is there was no bath rug in the bathroom. Overall simply excellent. I am planning my next trip for later this year.

Still a lovely hotel and wonderful service but the rooms are decidedly looking tired now

Great hotel but the beautiful pool area was closed three days in a row. It was our reason for staying there.

The truly Jamaican feel.

It is always wonderful to see Devon in the dinning staff and the wonderful outside doorman that greets us when we arrive (so sorry I forgot his name). It’s always like coming home to see family when I see them.
