The staff was courteous especially the ones at breakfast. They ensured you got what you wanted and served us with a smile. Excellent

Not all of the rooms are renovated, which are the standard rooms. I wish this was disclosed before booking. The renovated rooms are nice and clean for the most part. There is an issue with the water. During the day, the shower gets lukewarm. At night, the hot water works. There was no water to shower the morning i checked out. They also need to get pest control. Too many ants and other insects in the rooms. Guests are allowed to eat in the rooms, but disposing of it becomes the issue. There are no garbage cans on each floor and the rooms are only equipped with one very small garbage can. So leaving the food in the room will attract the ants. Staff is very friendly especially at check-in. when it gets busy in the dining, the servers seemed to be overwhelmed. I had to ask for something about 5 times just to be told that they didnt have it in the end.

Awesome stay

Good

Hotel canceled reservations made on Expedia, and charged my card for a stay that they canceled. When I call no response. I had to go to Expedia to assist on refund and still waiting a response from Expedia. Lack of communication is the reason for my negative response and hope they will work on fixing this issue.

Excellent housekeeping, room kept very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent food in the restaurant/bar. Great staff all around. Great bar service with reasonable prices.

It need a lot of improvements

The room was in ok condition. Bathroom was not too clean. Staff was very nice and courteous.

Rooms basic, the majority of staff gave excellent service, Breakfast limited selection, superb well modern bar provides snacks until late.

Room was clean, some staff were accommodating and some were not so accommodating nonetheless I enjoyed my stay and maybe I would book a stay in the future again.

The staff members were really friendly, polite and helpful. The room was an excellent upgrade from previous experience when the were remodelling. The customer lounge was excellent in both offerings and convenience.

Matches box room. No mirror. No fridge. Toilet dont work. Tv dont work. Call staffs 4x to fix tv. 2x to fix toilet. 11pm at night cleaners had to be called to clean our room. Would not recommend. It not a hotel but a motel stay over. Step up ur game Golf view hotel in mandeville.

There was hair in my husband food at breakfast. The service at the lounge was terrible

My 2 night stay was enjoyable. For the area it’s in, I love how they have a nice lounge, gift shop and other amenities. You really don’t have to go outside. The lounge is also very comfy. Their breakfast was really good - especially the peanut porridge (let’s just say I had 3 cups). The rooms are decently sized. I also loved that they had a welcome drink - that’s always appreciated! Would definitely stay again.
