Open area between the rooms

The air conditioner stopped and then when I wanted to leave they didn’t want to refund me after sweating ALL NIGHT

Great place

Property is older and hasn’t been addressed. Elevator could only hold 2 people, outside property hasn’t been mowed/detailed in a while. Young lady was nice and helpful but the guys were lazy and never got us our towels that I requested. Overall I was disappointed with the experience.

Needed a roll away bed. At check in, the receptionist stated that the room had on as advertised here on this site. The room did not have one. The receptionist stated that he was wrong and that they only had one and it was being used. I needed to check out and go elsewhere. He stated that my payment would be refunded. It has not been refunded.

This wasn’t a bad hotel but we felt uneasy the whole time. Not sure if anyone in my group slept well only because of the location. Beds were nice and clean. Old building so it’s not perfect. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. I recommend driving a few more miles to a safer area.

Booked for 4 travelers 1 room with 2 beds but was only given a room with 1 king bed. Hotel staff are not helpful, room floors are slippery and filthy, I ask for an extra pillow and was handed one without a pillow case. Pullout bed mattress is dirthy with blood stains.

I enjoyed everything about the stay. Will return to this hotel in the future when we have family gatherings.

Something bit my arm. My arm is swollen and I’m in pain. Starting out itching now it’s red, swollen and hurting.

We cancelled our second night and were assured by the front desk that Expedia would be refunded, then they would refund us. Two weeks and 3 phone calls later, no refund. Property is in poor repair, shower drain did not work well in our room, surrounding area isn't great. My advice: if you choose to book a room here, book for 1 night, then extend if needed.

The whole place is fallen apart and nasty

Everything was breaking after the power went off and the hotel had no backup. Clearly, not prepared. Terrible quality toiletries too. Plus the shower did not drain.

Quiet... convenient area had shopping areas and alot of food options

price, there were several small cosmetic issues and water in the shower too several minutes to get hot

Room stunk of mold and had bugs crawling around. Staff member tried to give me another room to accommodate but unfortunately they second room was not any better. Building needs to be renovated, walls, tiles, and bathroom are ancient and stained with years of abuse.
