The room you got did not match the picture ordered.

Tempat ini memiliki managemen yang sangat buruk, AC dalam kamar rusak dan tidak dapat diperbaiki sehingga kami perlu tidak satu malam tanpa ada AC yang menyala di ruangan. Kebersihan kamar juga tidak diperhatikan, karena ruangan tidak dibersihkan sama sekali sebelum tamu datang, baik lantai ataupun tirai maupun spreinya. Kamar mandi juga mampet, dimana air tidak dapat mengalir langsung ke saluran pembuangan. Tempat ini tidak layak untuk ditinggali, sebaiknya ditutup dulu dan diperbaiki sebelum ada orang lain yang meninggali tempat ini, daripada ada orang lain lagi yang terjebak di tempat ini.

The apartment is okay, it's just that the unit is less comfortable. The air conditioner often turns off, because it seems that the timer is used, the sheets and pillowcases are dirty.

Plus: Apart cukup elit dan baru, ada balkon, kolam renang oke. Ada foodcourt. Kamar bersih, ada kulkas. Minus: bawa kendaraan jika parkir dihitung perjam dan parkiran agak susah. Harus janjian dengan yang pegang kunci dan saya sampai nunggu 2 jam padahal sudah janjian sebelum datang, tidak ada wifi.

Kalau bisa kasih bintang 0 rasanya mau kasih 0, ga worth it sama sekali buat harganya! Dikasih gratis aja rasanya ogah! 1. Tempat kotor liat aja tuh ada bekas kecoak mati dan tempat tissue yang debunya nempel. Debu dimana-mana. 2. Warna sprei dekil sampe belang sama selimutnya dan bau. Anduknya juga. 3. Staff ga ramah dan pas dicomplain admin kantor pusatnya pun ga ada minta maaf sama sekali! Attitudenya 0. 4. Dateng mau bersihin kamar tanpa konfirmasi ke kami yang nginep dan "maksa" harus kami ikutin jadwal mereka padahal yang salah siapa. 5. Kalau mau bonus ditemenin "sama yang ga keliatan" juga bisa di sini. Silahkan sewa kalau mau uji nyali. Dikasih gratis nginep pun ga mau next time kemarin sudah terlanjur karena mepet waktu! Sayang ga bisa masukin video! Totally 0/100.

Cool comfortable clean. Location near food center and mart.

This apart has a good location, but their service need to be improved a lot, here 's the list oh my dissapointed: 1) Check in time is not sure. 2) After I enter the room, not clean enough, so I ask to clean my room, but their staff unavaible, my room can be cleaning by 8pm, yes 8pm so I just wait until my room get cleaned.

The service is good, clean too, the swimming pool is also good, next time I will subscribe here.

The staff is badly late. better if it's late This cannot be reached even though it is waiting in front. but didn't come. make people panic. What time does the appointment come at what time. Really bad.

There are no towels and parking is very difficult.

The apartment does not match the price, the facilities are not satisfactory and very minimal like a low budget lodging which is 100 thousand 😂. and having to deposit 300 thousand, the return is a maximum of 7 days, not on the same day, really disappointed :(

Room facilities are appropriate and clean.

Complete facilities, AC, TV, bathroom and full kitchen. Clean and easy access.

Tour and access errors when rising, all had every security.

Staying at Apple is always satisfying. Clean rooms. OK facilities. the staff are friendly. The check-in check-out process is not difficult. easy. Next, want to come here again.
